Progetto CIRMAR

The CIRMAR project, “Circulation of Materials and Resilience of Local Communities in Northern Italy in Late Antiquity,” has finally been launched. The project, funded by the 4EU+ Alliance, involves collaboration between three universities: Charles University in Prague (Dr. Helena Tůmová), the University of Milan (Prof. Emanuele E. Intagliata), and the University of Geneva (Prof. Lorenz E. Baumer). Its goal is to explore the resilience of rural and urban communities in Late Antiquity through the study of material culture, particularly sculpture and ceramics.
